Motivation - Determination - Consistency - Perseverance

fitness Making the decision to establish a partnership with a personal trainer to achieve one's personal health/fitness or athletic/performance goals is an accomplishment in and of itself. This exhibits a quality of 'motivation'. Moving from that decision to an initial working session with a trainer is also an accomplishment. This exhibits 'determination'. Moving forward to continual sessions and fully realizing progress over time is an evident accomplishment. This exhibits 'consistency' and 'perseverance'.

I didn't just learn and memorize workout routines. Todd taught me how to turn fitness into a lifestyle. His training philosophy made so much sense as I progressed through the phases.

  • Free Fitness Consultation - Including a brief medical history any injuries past or present. Exercise history. Goal setting. Fitness assessment-blood pressure, measurements - weight/circumference/fat, muscle imbalances and target heart rate. Nutrition consultation.
  • $80.00 a session. Each session is an hour.
  • $120.00 a session for buddy training. If you have a friend with similar goals and time availability then this could be a more economical way to go.
  • $30 a session in Group-Personal Training. Lose weight and tone your body with a small group of people and get results, FAST! Shedding those unwanted pounds made fun.
  • Policies: 24-hour cancellation required. Sessions are non-refundable. Packages are 10 sessions.
